This is a recently finished customer's quilt. They are often referred to as wedding quilts, but I believe she made this one as an anniversary gift. |
Rather than quilt in the blocks, I decided to emphasize the Irish Chain with freehand feathers and placed my interpretation of a Tudor Rose in the diamond spaces between the chain. |
I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. |
